Pilot site description

The project is organized in cooperation with the "Beuth Hochschule für Technik Berlin" (department "Urbanes Pflanzen- und Freiraum Management")

In order to demonstrate the different possibilities of the biomats, they will be installed at several locations in Berlin. There's also a small test field at the "Lehrgarten Urbaner Gartenbau" of the "Berlin Hochschule".

The different installations were inititiated in the spring of 2013.

The weed control mats will be installed by co-workers of the Hochschule and co-workers of the city of Berlin according to the guidelines of DS Technical Nonwoven.
